David is a Professional Engineer and Business Executive with exceptional experience in pipelines with many years of pipeline execution experience at the Executive Management level in Canada and internationally. In previous roles, David has been responsible for pipeline business development, managing large project budgets through execution to implementation. David speaks three languages, English, Spanish and Chinese.

 Peter is a professional engineer and has 33 years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of energy infrastructure with extensive experience in western Canada and Alaska, USA. Peter's background reinforces his commitment to balance - with fair weighting  - these needs against other project drivers, leaving stakeholders with a legacy project wisely and proudly serving the generations to come.

Eugene has a deep passion for finance. He brings extensive experience in international Project-, Infrastructure-, Corporate-,  and Structured  Finance to the benefit of the this project. He has worked on innovative Empowerment and Indigenous Benefication transactions.

  Chris is a professional engineer with extensive experience and expertise in project construction management on major transportation (pipeline, integrity, and heavy civil) projects. Mr. Moser has a keen eye for structuring the execution teams to provide each project with the skills required to complete on budget, on time, to high quality and always safely, speak to strong leadership and communication skills.
